This privacy policy outlines the data handling practices for the mobile application "Locoleap," developed by Pixeleur. We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your data remains secure and confidential.Terms of Service (ToS):
1. Legal Age: The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Location Usage: Locoleap generates random target locations based on your current position using GPS. By using the app, you agree to follow all local laws, including trespassing laws, and respect private properties and restricted areas.
3. In-App Purchases: There are no in-app purchases in Locoleap.
4. Data and User Information: Locoleap does not create user accounts or store personal data. All gameplay progress, settings, and other user-related data are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, all data will be deleted.
5. Advertisements: Locoleap displays banner ads and offers rewarded video ads for earning in-game points. These ads are provided by third-party services like Google AdMob.
6. Game Rules: Users must follow all game rules and are responsible for ensuring they do not violate any local laws during gameplay, including while visiting generated locations.

Privacy Policy:
1. Data Collection: Locoleap does not collect any personal data. However, Google AdMob, which provides in-app advertisements, may collect data such as your device ID and location for the purposes of ad targeting.

3. Third-Party Services: Locoleap integrates with OpenStreetMap (via OsmDroid) to provide map functionality. OsmDroid does not collect user information.
4. Data Retention: Since no personal data is collected by Locoleap, there is no data retention policy required. All user progress and settings are stored locally on the device and deleted if the app is uninstalled.
5. User Rights: Since we do not collect personal data, there are no user data requests (e.g., access, deletion, modification) applicable to Locoleap. Any issues regarding your gameplay data can be resolved by contacting us via email.
